We have a low pressure sewerage system at Milns Green. This means that we use a small pump to ensure that sewerage flows away from the development and to the Council’s wastewater facility. This won’t effect how your home operates.

Yes, you are able to choose your own builder for your section at Milns Green. There are some building and landscape covenants that any builder or owner will need to adhere to when designing and constructing their new home.

On lots 400-499sqm having a floor area less than 150sqm including garage; and
On lots less than 399sqm having a floor area less than 130sqm including garage.

While the internal boundary fencing is being arranged by the developer of Milns Green to maintain consistency, the internal boundary fencing will be charged back to the purchaser at a fixed price per lineal metre in addition to the purchase price which is detailed within the sale and purchase agreement.
